Those wheels are a pain to Clean.
-
72 degrees outside, I couldn't resist doing a wash, clay, polish, seal and wax on the wife's Chevy Cruze.
-
Thankful for my family, I can't be with them and I'm sure they're eating better then I am.
Also I'm thankful for Adam's Polishes for producing these amazing products that make my rides so shiny and beautiful.

You can use a few ounces of car wash shampoo with water in a spray bottle, works great and won't strip your sealant. I use this when the wheels aren't terribly dirty.

Abita Pecan Harvest Ale. Glorious!

Alright! More LA representation! I'll bring Abita beer and Community coffee.
Awesome. Is the Pecan out yet, Probly my favorite of all of them. Funny thing, I was thinking of bringing some the Adam's team members some of Abita's big beers. Kinda "Beers For Buddies" in addition to Toy's for Tots.

So I asked my twin brother, who lives in Baton Rouge, if he wanted to go with me to this. He says sure, so I went and purchased his flight here to Wichita so he can ride with me. All day he's asking me all these questions about his flight and what he needs to do, and i finally realized he's never been on a plane before in his life. He's never been farther norh then Arkansas. This should be a good trip, we don't get to spent time like this together that often.

Sorry to hear that, I hope it all works out and you get get it back. Does GAP Insurance ccoaver it if it's stolen? That's a tough situation

Nice WRX. We just bought an STi but right now it's MIA...
What happened to it?

I secretly want one of these. What steps did you take on removing that scratch?
It's pretty fun car with a ton of power. To remove the scratch: with a dril I used 4" Orange focus pad with Swirl and Haze Remover, then 4" white pad with Fine Machine Polish. Repeated these 2 steps 3 times til it was gone. Then did entire vehicle with SHR and FMP with PC.

That's a ton of muscle all in one place. Thanks for sharing.

First wash since the last detail. I love seeing water bead like this.

Nice save!! Pleeeeeeeease tell me you educated him on the AVOIDANCE of the sprinklers??!!
Oh absolutly I did. I wish I had pictures of all the water spots, I tend to focus my attention on getting the job done rather then taking pictures. This thing was covered, all the plastics had white deposits, the chrome , the wheels and the glass. Just everywhere. After the wash the paint felt gritty and rough.

Nice job man! That's a lot of truck right there.
Thanks. I'm glad it was such an awesome day out today cus that big truck wasn't fitting in my garage.

Some of the interiore, wheels and engine bay

I started with removing some badges the owner didn't want on his truck anymore. I tried talking him into removing all the badges. What the pictures don't show is all the hard water spots that cover this truck. The owner had it parked out in front of his house daily with the sprinkler system running froma a well. I started with a mix of vinegar and water, which removed most of the water spots, then clay and finally SHR then FMP. I wish I had the Wheel Woolies for these wheels, Toyota wasn't joking when they said they made their brakes bigger. The Turbo Stick didn't have a chance fitting between the calipers and the wheels.
