  2. Definatlly use the cheap ones for things like the engine bay and the first pass on the door jambs. I'm always picking up new single soft towels on the daily specials but never use them. Today i counted 6 in circulation and 20 still in plastic. These are typically the last thing that touches the finish you your vehicle and people take such good care of them you're afraid to use them for anything else.

  3. Nice job man!

Question is, why even own something like that if you are just going to drive around on some dirt roads and not take care of it? Thats what trucks are for!

Well here in the dusty state of Kansas it's hard not to go anywhere without having to go down a dirt road. The wind and dust is so bad here that as soon as a vehicle is out of the garage it's covered in dust.

  4. Lookin' good! But dont ya hate the rusty rotors you get with a "just washed" pic?

Also, I can't be the only one who was expecting a Fox body when reading the thread title.

Oh man, I pulled that thing out the garage and the wheels were covered in with little specs of brown. I kind of wonder if spraying some brake cleaner on the rotors before the was would prevent this.

  5. I forgot to take more before pictures of the outside. For the exterior I did a 2 bucket strip wash with car shampoo and APC, Then clay bared. Followed by a 3 step polish. Finsihed with a coat of Brilliant Glaze and Adam's Americana Paste Wax. Also tapplied Adam's Super VRT to make it all look brand new again.

  6. This was a fun one. For a 2012 it was in bad shape, a lot of dirt roads. Started with cleaning the interior with leather and interior cleaner then applied leather and interior conditoner.

Next I went to the Wheels

The Brembo Brakes make a ton of dust. Used APC on the tires and wheel wells and just carwash shampoo for the wheels.

The Engine Bay was a mess. Used APC and a ton of scrubbing. The IN and Out Spray was very usefull.
