  1. I'll be putting those overhead LED's in as well. I've been in a few ships that have. The amount of light they give off is amazing.
  2. Pick up a few led shop lights from lowes ($40 a piece) and turn off all your lights in the garage but your shop light. Concentrate on one area at a time with that light.
  3. Car shampoo makes great suds. I've noticed if you don't have great water pressure the suds don't get as thick.
  4. Dude, one hell of a collection.
  5. Windows, windshield and sunroof tinted.
  6. This Lexus GS350 FSport was a learning experience. Tinted clear coat and really soft. 20+ hours into this car.
  7. Thanks, after the first weekend out i've come to the conclusion that headers and an x pipe will be he first round of mods. She's just too quiet
  8. My son is very honest and will tell a stranger their car is dirty.
  9. Thanks guys. I really do love this car.,I go take a peak every couple hours to check it it out. My wife thinks I'm obsessed.
  10. The interior didn't need much. A quick vacuum, cleaning with Total Interior Detailer and lathered some Leather Conditioner down. For all the Piano Black and wood trim I coated them in a permanent coating. These are real easy to scratch I don't even like to touch them or look at them. Glass Sealant was applied to all exterior glass including the beautiful ultraview sun roof. That's pretty much I for now. It goes in to get the windows and sun roof tinted, possibly windshield as well. I also removed the CTS and Sewell badges on the rear. No performance upgrades are planned just yet. I just want to enjoy the car for what it is for now.
  11. Before any sealant or Wax and after the lowering spring install. The rain was about to come down so I pulled her back in to finish up. For now it's only wearing Liquid Paint Sealant on most of the car and a permanent coating on a few choice areas to see how it does. Next week I'll get her out and put down a layer of Brilliant Glaze and Patriot Wax.
  12. Engine bay was pretty easy, A light clean up and Super VRT and IN and OUT spray did the trick. Multiple applications of Quick Sealant on the black chrome grill. Super VRT on the tires. Michelin's love some Super VRT. Rear quarter polished. After a full inspection and a few test spots it was clear all she needed was Paint Finishing Polish with a White Foam Pad, I love that rear end!
  13. Picked me up a new ride. It's a 2014 Phantom Gray CTS V Wagon. I purchased the car in Dallas and I drove it back the 400 miles or so back to Wichita. After turning down the last new V because of flaws that were not repairable I chose not to have this one delivered and go down and inspect it my self. It didn't hurt that this car was built about 3 weeks ago and only had 5 miles on her. Delivery Day Time to get to work. Saturated the Bugs with Rinseless wash solution before we start on the wheels to soften them up. Adam's Deep wheel Cleaner doing work. This was just an initial cleaning. They will get pulled to go a little more in depth. Wheels and calipers getting prepped for a permanent coating. I also thoroughly cleaned the under sides and applied Super VRT to all the plastic. While the wheels were off I also threw on the lowering springs. Stay tuned for more.
  14. Picked up my CTS V Wagon today from Sewel Cadillac of Dallas
  15. I live getting the call to come clean these beauties up.
  16. Welcome. I'm from Baton Rouge and make my way down there quite a bit.
  17. The windsheild is 15%. Looks amazing but he can't drive it at night.
  18. It never hurts to try different brands. I do it mostly to help explain what sets Adam's apart. Adam's has an all around great product line. Some of the other brands have good products but maybe only one product stands out.
  19. Here are a few shots from this weekends detail. She sure is beautiful.
  20. Thanks. Have her go drive one, that might change her mind.
  21. Thanks, the Firehawk was very special and hard to give up. I took pictures of that exact car in 2001 at Daytona while it was in the Pontiac booth. 11 years later I ended up buying that exact car, after doing a little research and help from SLP.
