I clayed the truck today. I washed it didn't bother to dry it I just sprayed detailer on the wet surface and clayed worked for me. I like saving a step if possible. When I got done I threw the clay out the door. Then I proceeded to wipe down the truck with detailer and the big white towel. Hit it with the polish then buttery wax. VRT the trim and decals wow on the decals. Thought to myself why not use that spent clay on the tailpipes. so I did don't matter how dirty the clay is wow on the pipes. So Idea of the month don't throw your clay out use it on your tailpipe tips.

I didn't have a soap canon so I used a clean new flower fertilizer applicator with about a oz of shampoo and filled the rest with water works good. I just do the squirt method basically a circle and X

I had a thought I have graphics will the DWC hurt them? Also was thinking about using it on my tractor they have I believe stickers?

It's probably oil if you have a dealer change oil in your car they use any shop rag to clean the window I'd tell them to not clean anything. try some all purpose cleaner on a towel and wipe a few times. then when you get the selent get it on. I seal inside and out on my windshield for that purpose.

wow I am way too new at this cleaning detailing. Anyone in my area want to help a guy learn the right way the first time? I think I'll make a thread on this.

Haven't you tried the clay bar^ I was thinking that would work help. obviously a good glass cleaner after would be a good thing.

I wouldn't think the clear bra should have bad paint under it or they put it on over bad paint to begin with. I would try the all purpose cleaner a little spot see it that would do. Anyhow on my truck the clear bra is a rubbery type that is supposed to take about anything. good luck

hey Nick the sun came out today wow the shine on the truck is amazing all I've used so far is the soap and detail spray. I hate to say it but the shine was coming from behind the dirt that was somewhat still on after the rain and snow.

I might not have read any of it I don't like to read. but I knew I wanted to get back to it. But common sense told me if you want a product stored in a room from 40 to 70 degrees you set the fridge at 68 to not waste electricity save that for the beer.

if it is a wax fridge keep it at 68

I've heard of beer fridge (medicine fridge farm animals) but this is a first for me.
