I have alot of swirls, on my car but I cant tell if they are severe enough to start out with the severe swirl and haze remover.

 

 

I tried taking pics, but keep failing to show the swirls.

 

 

 

Should I start with the regular swirl and haze remover, to see if it gets the job done.

 

 

If it doesnt help should I then move up to the SSHR or just start with it right away?

If you're not sure always start with the least severe and see how the results are.

Paul nailed it. If you are not sure, start with the least aggressive polish and then move up from there.
