When I got it the kit included the drill, (2) LiIon slim batteries, charger, and case. So far I've never run the drill down completely in the course of a detail, so thats about all I know. The batteries seem to hold a charge forever. Also, I like how the batteries are thin/light and the handle/battery itself is kicked back at an angle than other drills I've had.
