It seemed to be a lot of money for a process that I effectively had been doing by hand for 45plus years. I was originally looking at a M B offered by another vendor. When I saw that Adam’s had them available with their satisfaction guarantee and at a great price, I decided to pull the trigger. I placed my order for the M B along with other products that shipped directly from Adam’s. I knew the arrival of the M B would lag a few days since it ships directly from the warehouse. A few days after my other product arrived, I got curious as to the ETA of the M B. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com<img src=" /><o:p></o:p> When I contacted Ashley about the status of the M B, she informed me it hadn’t yet shipped. She then offered to expedite the shipment and forward a copy of the tracking number. I know that she has to be extra busy this time of year but she made me feel like I was her most important customer. I know that I’m “preaching to the choir” a bit here w/ y’all who have been buying from Adam’s for a while, but there simply aren’t enough companies that offer the same level of customer service as Adam’s (and Ashley specifically). <o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> Thanks Ashley! <o:p></o:p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Z71_Denali Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 no doubt! i had to exchange a bucket caddy i got for christmas because one of the bolts that holds a bucket in place was jammed and would not turn. called Adam's, Ashley handled it, sent the old one in, new one should arrive today!
