why SVRT when in-&-out spray?

one SVRT had UV protection. 2 its water resistant. and imo lays on a deeper black on anything you put it on than in and out. The way I think of them is that they are compliments to each other, SVRT for most stuff, in and out for tight areas. perfect example is the engine bay and how there are large areas like a engine cover, then tighter places like side of the battery and wire covers and such.
