It took me about 14 business days to get mine, yes if you call their customer service you will be on hold for a while typically. Just be patient and it's worth the wait, also if they dont work when you install them reverse the polarity (common problem that happens) any questions you have just let me know and I will help you out

Ha! I ordered mine from our Dealer, Jason Toscano, on a Fri at 4PM, had them Monday 9AM.

 

top quality lights too! I am sorry you are having issue getting information about them. I hope it works out soon. Or, try and get a refund, and order from Jason LOL.,
