xkwj43z Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 It took me about 14 business days to get mine, yes if you call their customer service you will be on hold for a while typically. Just be patient and it's worth the wait, also if they dont work when you install them reverse the polarity (common problem that happens) any questions you have just let me know and I will help you out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am sorry you are having issue getting information about them. I hope it works out soon.
