Cleaning question on underside of car

I just got a lift and discovered that I have quite a bit of grime and dirt built up on the under side of the car - under the car doors, bumpers etc.

 

I've tried normal cleaning products and it doesn't seem to cut it. Any suggestions on what product to try?

it looks like this directly behind all four tires under the doors.

 

I've tried waterless wash and all purpose cleaner but neither would cut through it

I'd try a clay bar.

If it's white highway line paint, clay should eventually take it off but will take a while. Be patient! And, sorry to be a buzzkill, but from the pic, that looks like road rash to me.....off to the paint booth.
