Flex polisher clicking noise

Hi, i just got my flex polisher new from adams about a month ago. Its making a clicking noise in it, I opened the backing plate and saw nothing. Here is a video, is this normal? Also could i go through adams or would i have to go through flex to fix this.

Is that noise happening at all speeds and when the pad is against the paint? If not what speeds do you hear it at?

I would like to take this time to thank Dylan for his almost instantaneous email reply to my inquiry and solving my problem in a timely fashion. As usual Adams takes care of their customers which is why I've been an Adams customer since 2010.

 

In a nutshell my flex polisher was experiencing a clicking noise during operation, after emailing Adams I was informed that I would be receiving a brand new polisher and I would not have to deal with the warranty that flex offers.

 

All I can say is wow! I've never had customer service this fast and dedicated.

I too have had extremely good customer service from Adam's and yes it is very satisfying to say the least.
