I have SO much Adams now that I've told people NOT to buy me any. This last year was BAD for detailing at the Smith household. Too bloody hot.

I have a NEST 2.0 thermostat on my list from the parentals though.

i've told everyone there's really nothing i NEED, but my wife forced me to make a list anyways. and here it is:

Adam's Detail Cart

Weber smokey mountain cooker + misc grilling accessories

Briggs & Stratton 3000 psi pressure washer

pressure washer foam lance

random Blu Ray movies

clothes

I know, pretty boring! i doubt i get both the grill and pressure washer, but i'm happy if i get any of it.

this year was the best financially for my wife and me. we've set our budget really high for what we will give to friends and family, and decided we would only give each other an iPad to share.

Oh this isn't my actual list, just my Adam's wishlist to myself, haha. I've asked for a DeWalt drill and other things.

NEST is pretty nice. I have a buddy who got it for free and installed for free as he signed up to be on the test pilot for it. It's pretty awesome. His bill has definitely cut down and it's extremely smart. I love that you can control it from an iPhone too.

Nest is interesting... To me though it looks like its a when everyone is home or when everyone is gone kind of thing. Or for someone who's routine doesnt change. I guess for me, Id rather have a programmable one that I can set for a whole week. Maybe its just me...
