air compressor driven foam guns

I have an air compressor. I do not have a pressure washer. What are my options for foam guns ? pros and cons ?

I think you need a pressure washer for the mix of wash soap and water??

There are tools out there like the Tornador, but not sure exactly how the foaming gun action works as far as where/how the water is introduced to the mix.

I was wondering the same thing (which is better) a few weeks ago. I found out the tornado foamer is more for rugs and such, not for the paint of our cars. Reason being, it is a "dry" foam which does not slide down like a cannon will.

Therefore you paint is not getting the treatment you would think. The canon is your best bet

I got the Tornador foam gun and returned it a week later. Like stated above it isnt really good for foaming a car. I now have a foam gun for my pressure washer that works much better. Pieced it together for around $50 i think
