Guest Gone & Forgotten
Got my DWC and brush order today. Used new lug brush on two vehicles... Bristles are still coming out. The wood handled one only did it for a few wheels... Then stopped. I'm a painter by trade so I have seen my share of shedding brushes. The new brush shedding seems excessive. Am I wrong? Other issue... Did the ole' BG and Americana to the truck today. Broke out a new double soft for it. Large amount of linting from it. When I snapped it to shake any dusting off... It was like it was snowing in my garage doorway. Is that normal? Not ready to call Ashley yet... Just looking to see if this will subside on both products. Also have a couple towels that are trapezoid shaped. One or two WW towels and one GwDT. I've had these for awhile tho... Unsure if there is a statute of limitations on microfiber. Never wanted to complain before....
Randy92Z
My new lug brush was doing the same thing today?
FarbeyondDriven
From another recent thread That isn't lint. Those towels are packed and sent straight from the cutting table. That's towel trimming. Shake it out and rock it out! Mook
Guest Gone & Forgotten
Thanks Kevin... Knew I read that somewhere...recently.... They should hire a few more children to shake the towels after they make em. I'll keep poppin' em. If it keeps up... I'll get to use my Adams guarantee for the first time. Team Adam's
The towel things been covered... we haven't had any shedding issues with our brushes we used for testing save for a few falling out when they were brand new (leftovers from manufacturing would be my guess) if for any reason it continues to be an issue let us know... of course its covered under warranty.
