Missing Items

Has anyone else seen an increase in items missing from orders? My last 5 or 6 orders have had something missing. One order was missing over $50 worth of items. They always send the missing items (sometimes it takes a couple tries) but it's frustrating having to wait another week for the missing items. Is it just me with bad luck? This started before Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.
