Wish I had an answer for you. I worry a lot about getting dust and other contaminants on the surface while I am working on it. That's why I try to do it in the garage whenever possible. Sometimes its just fun to do it outside in the sun

I have found that certain products do not work well in direct sunlight when the surface of the car is really hot, or in the shade when the surface is really hot. I would venture to say that the sunlight is not as much of an issue as the temperature of the surface that you are working on.

I have yet to do a humidity test but I will have plenty of opportunity to test that living here in the Ohio valley.
