Claying tinted windows?

I haven't had my windows tinted on my Camaro yet, but I will soon. Is it safe to use the clay bar on tinted windows?

 

I assume the window tint is applied to the inside of the windows (is that right?), so it's safe to clay the outside of the glass. Is that correct? (I know, I'm such a n00b!)

Yeah tint is on the inside of the window. If you're clay barring the inside of your windows you're a bit whacky lol

You are correct! And remember that Adam's Glass Cleaner is safe for cleaning the tinted side.

Invest in some Adam's Glass cleaner as its AWESOME. I find I use it around the house all the time and it works great for cleaning TV's, computer screens and everything inbetween.
