Question

on a 2000 blazer. now i don't believe this thing has been washed in about 5 years. what i wanna know since i have no green wheel cleaner is it ok to use apc on rims? should i dillute or just wash? they will be washing and vaccuming blazer before i start clay etc.:jester:

I just used apc on my buddies rims because he had so much baked on crap that the gwc didnt seem to break down. I think the short answer is there are some high end finish rims you wouldnt want to use it on but for most rims youre probably safe if you spray it on rub it in then wipe it off.

 

I"m no expert though so hopefully one of the pros here will chime in for ya.

In the 'least aggressive method first' approach try APC 50/50 on the wheels, then move up to full strength, if needed. I haven't used APC on my wheels since GWC came out, but I believe you put APC on dry wheels vs. GWC on wet wheels.
