Cleaning the wheels and tires

Finally got around to do a full detail my new daily driver truck. I absolutely love the new tire and rubber cleaner. It makes the tires so dark. I almost didn't want to use tire shine on them. Can't say that this is my new favorite product but it's in the top 3.

Adam's Tire & Rubber Cleaner is a GREAT product!

 

Always get clean, and very black tires when used properly, and much easier to get these results with this product compared to All Purpose Cleaner.

 

Hard for me to rate "favorites" as everything I use has performed exactly as described  with fantastic results!

I love the Tire and Rubber Cleaner/Tire Shine combo. I can usually get 3 or so washes before the tire shine really fades, and even then the water will still bead on the rubber. But at that point I scrub the tires raw again and reapply Tire Shine to a clean surface. Both excellent products, but the T&RC was an awesome addition to the Adams line up!

Do you guys use T&RC only when you need to do a 'deep clean' or would you use it regularly like on every wash?

I did a wash about 4 weeks ago and used it. As of 3 weeks later my tires were still a deep black. I used it again this past week because I wanted to put on tire shine. I would just go by if your tires need it or not. You'll see a change in color over time. Then I would use it again or if your tire shine is fading.

I love how well tire and rubber cleaner works, I have yet to use it on my tires (with them being low pros and stretched I really want to get them off the car in order to get them thoroughly cleaned). I however love how they make the tires look on my Dad's truck and bro-in-law's truck as well. Excellent results brother!

I only use it on the tires about once a month, for maintenance purposes I use APC (I have about 2.5 gallons of it so maybe that's why).  This seems to work well for me.  I don't think there is anything wrong with using it every wash though.

Thanks for the idea. I had been doning some similar to this to save product. As long as I get the results with the lest amount of work I'm good.

I have noticed I need less Tire and Rubber Cleaner the more I use it. I also am growing fond of the "naked" tire look and I find myself using less and less VRT on them saving time, lol!
