Audog
We got a new Golden Retriever a week ago, we live near a small creek and a lake, plus it has been raining on and off for the past few days. Golden retrievers don't mind, in fact like, getting wet. However the great white drying towel does a decent job of drying the little (50 lbs) guy off. May have to get a couple more as drying turns int tug of war slapshot87, jakerodz7, Yoshi and 3 others
tmccoy2236
We have a yellow Labrador Retriever that also enjoys the water. I too use a waffle weave towel to dry her off, but it is an off brand that was much cheaper than the great white (I save my great white for the cars ). The advantage to this approach is that the towels are cheaper, the disadvantage is getting her short hair out of the towels when I wash them. Not sure if this issue is due to the cheap quality of the towel or if all waffle weaves would have this characteristic. If you don't mind, chime in after you clean the towels and let me know how the great white handles the removal of the dog hair that gets stuck... may persuade me to purchase those for the ease of keeping them clean. I will post after wash results, I might have used a less expensive-lower quality towel, but my entire microfiber arsenal is Adams, as I gave away everything else
Chadley
Adorable! Such a happy face. I'd say your new family member deserves the nice towels
Audog
After wash results on the great white towels. Washed 3 of them, by themselves with microfiber wash, LIGHT drying in machine, then shake out and finish drying by hanging up. Based on the amount of dog hair in lint filter, it looks like it all came out of the towels and they do look like new. I am dedicating these 3 to dog, have 3 others for cars. And the best thing, all of them came as part of MB's over past year or so tmccoy2236

I will put that aside for the dog to replace the off brand ones I've been using. Adam's is finding its way throughout my whole house. falcaineer

Pwncess
Our Golden LOVES the water.. and mud ???? Never thought to use a great white - will definitely be trying that when my current ones are on their way out! We picked up a towel cape to keep him from shaking off in the house. And we also have a full on doggie blow dryer lol. I sure do miss the puppy days! They grow up so fast ????

You're liable to blow his eyeballs out. Edited May 23, 2017 by falcaineer Audog and tmccoy2236
