Hey guys and gals, just started with Adams products, long time user of zaino, I have been leasing for the last 6 years, so I’ve only been claying and applying zaino sealants, I gave up on wax, weather too harsh here. Other than zaino sealant and tire shine, I hadn’t found any other exterior products I’ve been satisfied with. Interior wise, I use aerospace 303 and Leatherique. Recently I purchased a 2006 Z4, as I really missed driving a manual, and wanted a convertible. Needless to say this car need some serious paint correction, it’s sapphire black metallic. So I ordered the following products, clay and detail spray, as well as a full set of 4” polishing pads and polishes for use with my PC. Also got some apc and wheel cleaner. Got to work this weekend, love the visco clay bar, worked really well removing 11 years of crud. Attached pic was just a 1x2 section of the hood near the windshield, although the whole car was similar. Yesterday I started polishing, took like 4 passes in each direction, then I’d spritz some Detailer on the pad and hit the same section again. This was with the heavy compound and blue/white micro fiber pads. Pretty happy with the results, still have the front fascia to do today, then 3coats of zaino, attached pic is before correction, I’ll post new pics when done

Sorry I could not get before pics, to adequately show the extent of correction needed, my street was chip sealed, and I couldn’t get my other car out of the driveway to get shots in the sun, not matter how hard I tried with my iPhone, I couldn’t get it to show swirls much in the garage, even with my work light. I did manage this shot, doesn’t show swirling, but some scratchess and overall lack of clarity/haze in the paint
