It goes on thick enough at this dilution to soak in and and get to work on the bugs and tar and loosens the stain up really well. And at 16:1 it possibly outperforms Waterless Wash and does a fantastic job on cleaning a slightly dusty car. Still have not tried it for it's intended purpose, I'm reserving that for winter washes.
