Raptor Fender Flares

Good morning all,

 

I just traded my Focus RS for a new Raptor. It’s a beautiful spring Sunday morning and I am starting to Adamize it. I bought a ceramic kit a couple of weeks ago while waiting for it to be delivered. I did correcting and polishing on my previous two cars and have had good success with it. 

 

My question is. Does anyone know if you can machine correct/polish the fender flares or should they be treated like trim?

You can polish them. They’re smooth and painted. It shouldn’t take much to correct them.

Woah...that’s not what I would have guessed for those.  I woulda thought (without inspecting myself) those would get trim like treatment.

I knew they were painted but, they have like a semi flat finish. I wasn’t sure if I would ruin it by polishing. Shane was right and a quick pass with the Bigfoot did the trick.
