  1. I did buy the stripper scent and a few others... Wife didnt like it so much I didnt like any of them. I am too old for my car to smell like a strip club, the scent of being broke and drunk isnt a good one.
  2. 1. Leather 2. Cirtus 3. Sandlewood/amber 4. something masculine ( like a shower gel kind of scent?) 5. Fresh Linen I do like the scents Dr. Beaslys offers but I spend my air freshner dollar at the big box store on renuzit and such. I know you guys can rock this catagory. I understand you need to apeal to a broad range of people but break the Pina/Pineapple/mango/grape cycle please! Let Chemical Guys do the fruity flavors. I have wasted money on a few of the ones they sell.
  3. As long as it cleans. I have a 2014 Mazda6 and never get any bleeding from any kind of wheel cleaner. This is a good thing IMO.
  4. I will do rinseless washes in a number of parking garages in my area if it's too windy and cold or gets dark too early.
  5. Makes perfect sense. A product to kill the odor of a burger run would be great. I've yet to find one I like.
  6. This is becoming my primary method. Even at home in nice weather. Foam gun, rinse then waterless or rinseless.
  7. I am all about a scent that is out side of the box. Hate all the CG scents. There is one other company that has some that I would try- won't mention the name of the company here. Ill vote for an amber sandalwood any day.
  8. Mine are coated. I just don't get the same magic from a rinse-less wheel wash that I do from the bucket wash.
  9. Jason you read my mind on the scent! This is totally what I would love to have in an interior detailer.
  10. This is most likely the wrong place to post this but parents will appreciate it. I was looking at the Adams website and my daughter walked up and wanted to see what I was doing. She is learning to read and asked if she could read some of the things I was looking at...GAME ON! She wanted to start with the pink stuff, Detail Spray! and worked our way up to the Hex Grip Tire applicator. Then we went over to my car care stash and I let her smell some of the different products in my go bag. Let a 6 year old smell the products and you get a whole new perspective. She said: Leather Conditioner -smells like the thrift store or Lowes Car Shampoo -loves the color smells like Motrin SVRT -smells like chicken pot pie TID -smells like baby powder Awesome Side note - Car care should always be fun. She assisted with her first rinse-less wash yesterday. I have a feeling if you make some more pink products you will have a customer for life ! Kids carwash kit would be great wouldn't it? She is going to wash her bicycle in the bathtub today I think waterless will be the way to go.
  11. Here is my method for what it's worth. I have found it to be the safest and and it is becoming my go to wash method winter or summer. Full on wheel wash with bucket and hose rinse Foam gun and rinse paint ( in the winter I use a coin op wash) hit the panel with a slight mist of waterless wash rinse-less wash with about 10 or 11 towels (one towel per panel) Dry and buff each panel A lot of people think this is overkill and it very well may be but this method works really well for me. I do a MUCH better job since I can see what I am cleaning on each panel, the paint isn't covered in suds. Far less chance of inducing wash related swirls or scratches when using a clean side of the microfiber on each wipe.
  12. I have done rinse-less washes with wheel woolies and a boars hair wheel brush and it works but I am never happy with a rinse-less on the wheels. Great on paint.
  13. Just used this for the first time. I didn't think anything would beat Megs QID. This is a winner. Not sure how this could be improved - maybe a more masculine scent ? *This is not referring to the new version.
  14. Will the pump lock into place for storage in the compact travel bag ?
  15. Self service wash bay (water only) and waterless wash does wonders. Don't forget APC for the wheel wells, tires and the approptiate brush! Drive it home dry and dress!
  16. I only know you from the videos and that you went to the other spot... Nothing wrong getting some sunshine and coming back. Welcome back!
  17. I have really have no issues paying for shipping. A consumer is always paying for it one way or another.
  18. When it's cold I wash them inside bathtub or utility sink !
  19. I wonder if Total Interior Detialer would do the trick ?
  20. Anyone here ever use a specific product to protect an bring them back to new? I clean my drivers side floor mat on a weekly basis little APC and warm water with the Cockpit Brush, which is a fantastic tool by the way. I would like to take them to the next level with out making a slippery mess. Thoughts ?
