Agree with Jim above.  Although I have other polishers, Rupes Mark II, Rupes Mini, and Flex, the Cyclo is my go to polisher for finish polishing as it is so smooth and vibration free, and actually does get into smaller areas just by rotating or turning the machine to position it properly.
 
Have used the Swirl Killers, and they are a GREAT BUY at the price point, and a great tool set to get someone who doesn't perform numerous corrections on a regular basis started in detailing.

Adam's Ceramic Trim Coating would work as long as you cleaned and prepped them properly before applying it.
 
Would take time to thoroughly clean them, been there and done that, but the end result is worth it.
 
Did rubber and plastic trim around side windows on a late model Dodge which has similar style components to the truck door handles.

The protection that the Americana provides should be good for 3 to 6 months, dependent upon the environment the vehicle sees.
 
Hot direct sunlight will affect longevity, decreasing it, as well as how often the vehicle may be washed.
 
You should be able to re-apply the Americana without any correction required, as long as proper washing and drying techniques are utilized.

Similar to Dave above. Alternate between Wash & Wax and Car Shampoo with great results using either product.
 
Use Ceramic Boost about once a month on the daily which is outdoors 24/7, and less often on the garaged Corvette.

Some of the more successful detailing shops here in Michigan seem to have an arrangement with the local car dealerships and detail their used cars. Keeps them steadily in work year round. Although too much business would make adding additional employees a reality.
 
Another large detailing shop also performs accessory installations, and other smaller auto related trim repairs to keep the vehicles rolling in the door.
 
A lot of options, you would need to determine which works best for your situation.

this is the best advice!  Unfortunately, I deal with this on a relatives car that sits outdoors and isn't properly maintained............

decided to apply Adam's Ceramic Coatings to the trim and paint on mine.................... spent about 4 - 5 hours cleaning all of the black trim pieces, including the wheel wells for the coating............ and then spent about 14 hours prepping the paint for the coating as it had to be stripped first of the wax and sealant layered on it previously........... also had a few swirls and slight scratches to remove, as I wanted it as close to perfect before the coating application............. products used were Adam's Correcting Polish, Adam's Finishing Polish, Adam's Ceramic Trim and Adam's Ceramic Paint Coating kits................ used a Rupes 15mm Mark II, Rupes "Mini" and finish polished using a Cyclo Machine Polisher, as that seems to finish down with better results for me............ special "THANKS" to Dan (The Wolf) and Dan Tyger for answering a couple late night and off hour questions I had during the process..........photos taken at 9:15PM and still the shine and reflections are very evident............ looks good for a 5 year car with 25,000 miles...

​There are a couple of events annually where Adam's team is present and product demonstrations are performed at the Lingenfelter Collection in Brighton.
 
​Adam was there in the spring, and Lingenfelter will hold another "open house" later in the fall.
 
​They also are Adam's dealer / distributor and you can either purchase products there, or order from their website too.
 
​Now, as far as your wheel cleaner concern, you could purchase a gallon, then fill your 32oz. bottle, or if that won't work, and you are NOT in a big hurry, I have a 32oz. bottle here you could get, but it would have to wait about 10 days, as I leave for a work trip out of the USA on Monday.
