  1. @Nick,  Please don't get me wrong, I think that Adams has superior products and a relentless marketing strategy to match.  Without getting too philosophical, I believe that loyal customers, regardless of how small or large (weekend warrior or master detailer), that are exclusive to one company, are invaluable to the respective company.  With that said, when consumers no longer feel the "warm and fuzzy" feeling for whatever reason, they tend to look elsewhere to see what is out there and many are willing to sacrifice slightly lower (or equivalent) quality for more ounces for a given price point.  Remember, quality, unless quantitatively measured, is in the eyes of the beholder.  I dunno, maybe Adams has had a high profile marketing company tell them that the 100% loyal customers are worth less than gained profits by going to smaller sizes.  With that said, I need to place an order with Adams for a few things.  Research for me requires research and experimentation before making a switch......that process has begun for me.

  2. Kinda sad that I waited so long to do this.  Would I have known how easy it was I would have done it long ago.  I used my new mini swirl killer, the blue mf pad, blue foam pad, and white foam pad in addition to the heavy correcting polish and finishing polish.  I also hit them with a little brilliant glaze at the end.  The pics don't do justice.  This is my old daily work car with 270k miles.....it has seen many love bugs in its day.

  3. Hi Chevydude, just curious how old is your bottle of Correcting Polish? The older formula was more difficult to work with, and as mentioned above, using one light mist of Detail Spray would help considerably in making it easier to wipe away the residue.

The newest formula update to our Correcting Polish back in November 2016 made it much easier to wipe away now. To tell if you have this version, it's a slightly darker shade of orange and has an orange/mango fruit type of scent to it.

It is well over a year old

  4. ok, so I have a daily driver that has been neglected.  I've used the paint correction polishes and the one thing I found was that the paint correction polish is a bi..ch to remove.  What is the proper sequence to use when applying the various products.

Can glaze be applied over the Americana?

Can paint sealer be applied over wax?

    Glaze over sealer?

    Buttery wax over anything?

    Etc, etc

    Thanks
