With winter rapidly approaching we need to be prepared for the extreme weather conditions we will face throughout the winter season.  No matter where you live, winter brings its fair share of harsh weather.  From rain to snow, winter is definitely not forgiving on our car's exteriors.
 
In this video, Adam describes how to prepare your vehicle for the harsh conditions of winter.  Here in CO we are still seeing some decent weather but the snow is right around the corner so it is essential for us to prepare for those conditions.  While the snow is harsh on our vehicle, the sand, salt, and magnesium chloride is even worse.   I apologize for the length of the video, But!!! The content is too valuable to cut down.  Adam touches on a lot of great points.
 
Not only did Adam prepare this car for winter, he made the car look amazing.  It was crazy the turn around this Jeep gave us.  Our products really took to this vehicle and it was truly amazing to see the transformation.  Enjoy the video and any response would be greatly accepted.

I need to get some new pictures, but my car recently had hail damage and required basically a full repaint besides the bumpers.  I'm waiting for the paint to cure for a few months before I give it some love.  Here is an older pic from when I lived in Michigan and attended a Subaru meet.
 

 
and here is one of my dogs a few years back when he was a puppy after falling asleep trying to climb into the front seat.  This was actually on a long trip to Florida before I bought my wife a new car that became the road trip car.  
 

Except for the hardtop, looks just like mine down to the debadging. A couple of points I'd like to add. Although the glass sealant still provides protection, the rain won't blow off the Jeep windshield like it does most other vehicles because it's almost vertical. You can see towards the end of the video that some of the UC spray still dripped on the cement. I use a dish cleaning brush and sort of paint the UC spray on that way. Eliminates all drips. Lastly, I use total interior detailed on my running boards. It looks great and isn't slippery. I don't know how much protection, if any, if provides. Great video and very well explained. I read your thread and man all I can say is wow on the details and how much car cleaning craziness you get involved with. Still awesome tho and helped a lot with what I was posting about. I definitely will be referring to your thread but it would be awesome for adams to put out a winter prep video just like the daily driver one.

I will use these methods again later this month to get ready for harsh weather.

I'm a lover (hence my username), but no longer an owner.  Had a 2006 B9 Tribeca and 2009 Tribeca.  I think I was one of the few that actually liked them.

Washed, clayed, glazed, sealed, and waxed my WRX over 2 days along with detail on wheels, IPA wipe down, glass inside/out, tires dressed, engine bay wiped down, exhaust tips cleaned and interior wiped down. Loved my new Adams products!
