DCRANER got a reaction from Feets31 in Griot's Garage 6" Random Orbital Polisher good to go?
Well, I respect everyone's right to do what they want, but IMHO here is my take. Maybe I'm talking from my age (64).
I try to picture where my money winds up when I buy something. I live in a small town and shop at the local hardware store, Sunoco station, local NAPA store, etc. Owner of the hardware store is a good family guy, member of volunteer fire department, Sunoco station owner offers his tools if I'm working on my car and need something, NAPA guys drop off parts on my front porch on their way home from work if I'm out or busy, and so on.
So, I pay a little more in town, could buy things cheaper at Home Depot, can buy gas a few cents cheaper on the highway from the guy who looks like he just arrived from Iran (no disrespect, may be a good person).
I have met Adam at a show in Carlise a few years ago, and he reminds me of the local business owners in my town, who are my neighbors. And we all know the great service Adam's offers and their helpful staff.
So, I buy all my supplies from Adam's, knowing I'm getting quality, knowing if there was an unusual problem I can talk to a real person who probably won't read me the fine print if you know what I mean.
I hope the business owners in my town and Adam make a decent profit from the things I buy, so they are able to stay in business and take care of their families & employees. If all that happens I am very happy.

68 SS Nova back from the shop for suspension work. Not a really clear pic, but just ordered Adam's Clay Bar so I can start the clean up and polishing. Then I will post a clear picture of a Not Dirty Nova!
