  14. I haven't really been out in a while but I caught this beauty a few years back in Chiscago Lake, about 50 miles from Minneapolis, MN. I was using a soft plastic worm, casting toward the shore, slowly tipping the rod up, reeling in, and letting the lure fall down every few feet. I got a mean strike and thought I set the hook.. As I reeled in to recast and about 10 yards from the boat when it just jumped out the water and the fight was on, I released a little slack and 10 mins later my buddy helped me net this beauty.. Just over 22 inches and around 6.5 lbs, I was going to get it mounted, but i forgot about it and left it in the freezer too long.. oh well at least i have pictures. Baby Sister was a little shy...
  15. I've even heard of people using APC in the foam to wash as a first step!
  16. You should see the a label stamped into your counter weight that says "for use with X pads only" as per junkman's video, I too have the same model and if you didn't change anything you should be good to go with the Gen 2 pads! And welome to the family!!
  17. I'm sure the water will just shead off and the soap won't stick
  18. It still shines of course but the biggest thing that I noticed is that it doesn't attract dust... <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com<img src=" /><o:p></o:p> Usually when I get off of work there is a nice layer of dirt/dust on the finish...today, however, there was almost none!!<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> Seems like there maybe some anti-static properties...<o:p></o:p>
