  1. I bought a Noah Covercraft car cover, I use it daily for 10 years, the best way to use one is to make sure the car is cleaned. I use a California Duster, to dust of the car in the morning and in the evening, then I do a quick wipe with Adams detail spray or waterless wash. I don't like the thin car covers because those are only indoor use, the cover I have is bulky but once you learn how to fold it, it's not so bulky and is easy on and off process. The Noah car cover is thick and help protect the car. I bought mine through AutoAnything because they always have a sale for 20% off and their prices are better than going through Covercraft.i don't mind the xtra work of using a car cover becuae I enjoy my car therapy sessions. So bottom line it's up to you, and your own maintenance routine and habits of taking care of your finish.
  2. Hi Josh, tell me more about the quick oil drain valve, is it after market? If it is, where can I get one?
  3. Ghost to this forum for many years, so I finally decided to sign up!
  4. Hey Brad, here is a video on car debadging on YouTube, its real easy to do, I also like to use a 3m wheel eraser made to safely remove the black residue, I don't like using my fingers for rubbing because you can rub your skin raw. Hope this helps. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=38d3qo6shHk The guys voice is annoying lol https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00063VT0G/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_35?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1UMBRA5ZTBCX8 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006RUJ2D8/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_77?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1UMBRA5ZTBCX8 The last link is a great adhesive remover. Good Luck, let me know if you have any other questions.
  5. I missed out on the frisbee, I wanted one, oh well maybe next time!
  6. Maybe they can do a apron pre-order to see if there is a interest in them, I would like one, just make sure there not slim fit! Lol
  7. When using in the hot sun, spray your window cleaner directly on the towel and not the window, this helps and works for me in the Califonia hot sun.
  8. The next time you put your towels to soak, in a bucket, run out to the store and buy som gallons of distilled water, use the distilled water instead of your well water. The water brand does not matter as long as it is distilled water. This is how I soak my towels and work well for me.
  9. Josh I don't know if you bought your extractor yet, I recieved the Griot's one as a gift, I liked it because it came with all the attachments. It only cost a few dollars more than the one you are looking at. I've used it for brake fluid swap outs, rear differential service, power steering pump fluid exchange. It works great with little to no mess, makes life easier.
  10. Hello, l have detailed cars for 25 years and counting. Any time I have wheel crud to remove I pull out the big guns. You will need a high pressure washer or if you don't have access to one go down to the quarter car wash and use there's. You will also need to head down to Wally World and get your self a gallon of Castro super clean use it full strength but do no let it sit, spray it on and blast it off, on unfinished metal it will change it colors if you let sit to long. Make sure to use gloves as it is very strong chemical. Do not use the wheel cleaner version as it is weak. Use the full strength degreaser. Hope this helps.
