  1. Welcome fellow socallian, nice collection!
  2. Greetings, hope you enjoy your new addiction!
  3. Thank you to all that commented, it really helped to hear all this great information, much appreciated.
  4. Gary, since I sent you the link for towels I think that makes us more than friends...so I was thinking, hopefully I'm not out of line but if for some crazy notion, let's just say if you want to keep one of the Americana waxes for safe keeping at my house I'm all for it.
  5. Has anyone tried or used the Adams Waffle weave Microfiber drying towels? I'm updating some drying towels that are just getting to worn out for me to keep using. I've bought several mystery boxes hoping to land one, but they have been elusive. I would like to know how many drying towels does it take per car and what size of car are you drying? Thank You
  6. Some how I saved a link on my computer and it shows everything that is for sale on Adamspolishes.com So I have it bookmarked!
  7. Scott, may I ask how do you clean your window towels, detergent wise, any fabric softener? When I have problematic windows I usually use one window towel and one diaper, I also spray the window towel directly and not the window, I also like to not use a lot of product. After I clean all my windows then I follow up with my diaper and buff of any residue that is left behind and poof you will have crystal clear windows and you can thank me later!
  8. Jon, welcome, this forum is built on quality, not quantity!
  9. I use a old Microfiber wash glove, that way I can feel my hand all up in my wheel well to make sure I didn't mis a spot on my lowered truck. It works like a charm and makes the job a lot fast than any small brush. Then every few weeks I spray my wheel wells down with the good stuff from Adams.
  10. If you like to save product and money I usually spray it on a Microfiber covered sponge or cotton covered sponge and apply to tire directly, this is cost effective and multiple applications give you that gloss you like. You also will need to clean the rubber on the tires thoughrly. Many sprayer make a mess out of the rims. I keep my sponge in a separate container and only use it for tires, I also use the Adams tire applicator it works just as good.
  11. Seasons greetings Evan, welcome to your new addiction!
  12. Hi Greg, is this only happening to he front windshield? Or all windows? What I do I have a moisture control bag in my cars, one bag last years it is also self rejuvenating. You may need two do to the size of your car. Google moisture control bag for cars and they pop up. I use a certain brand but I don't want to catch grief for posting it. Good Luck
  13. most cars have plastic, some have felt and it looks like a low pile carpeting, some are all black while others a grey with black.
  14. When this happens to me I just use a spray on wax...any will do the trick, spray the area and it will moisten it right up for easy removal.
  15. Welcome from the west, catch you on the flip side!
  16. Welcome Roger, that car looks more like a Radillac!
  17. Welcome to your home away from home!
  18. Poof your wish is my command:I know you would like to save money in grey towels I'm surprised no one chimed in and mentioned that you could save half off and 15% off. Here is the link http://adamspolishes.com/the-stack-adam-s-borderless-gray-towel-24-pack.html
  19. I'm slightly interested depending on the price
  20. Do you have a orbital polisher or do you need to buy one? Or are you asking what kind of liquids you should be buying?
  21. I detail cars four days a week, I put my self through college and culinary school detailing cars. I quit detailing cars when I finished culinary school, but a few of my customers insisted on me not leaving the industry so I decide to keep the high end cars and the customers that never complained. So yes I stay busy, I work as a chef sixty hours a week and on my days off and free time I detail cars.
