Like the title says, I would like to see how others felt about their first and ongoing customer service experience with Adam and his crew. Let me start with a BIG thanks to Patrick (aka P's Titan).....answered all my annoying questions and gave me his cell phone to call him. Also, Adam with all the help and the messages he sent assisting me. Like I have heard in another thread, what owner does that? I was really impressed with my whole experience and thank you for your help guys! Thank you all the guys on here for your help, please don't think anyone is left out. Also, Ashley for making feel smart this morning about the water-based product comment. was it this morning? Patrick.......make it down to the Texas Titan meet!

You know, I was just amazed how many pm's I received from Adam on here about different stuff and his suggestions. A true guy.......my vote goes out to you and your team for TOP costumer service. Customer service goes far with me, I will be a loyal costumer...... Thanks for sharing your story Snake.........lol, I just got your screen name. I am so silly.....cobra aka snake.

I am going to go through the old computer (PC) and try to find the picture and upload to the MAC! CLeaning the rat poop out of my cold air intake filter was loads of fun!

That is my thing.....if it is going to be cold, show some snow or flurries to go along with it. Don't play too hard!

Just keep an eye on the dirt and stuff that will get in it. Tiny little scratches will show up......you should be fine, but look into the clear ones and see what you think. Good luck, when you put it on.....take a picture, I would like to see it.

I had a rat 2 years ago trying to build a nest in my intake area "under my hood". Does that count for this thread? That happened over a weekend!

I would take it off every now and again to clean. It was a REALLY good one, really soft. BUT if you leave it on for any extended time, I don't care what they say......grit and grime will get down underneath it. SO IF YOU DO USE IT, don't be like me and get tired of taking it off over and over. Something you have to stick to. I only had mine for maybe 9 months and got rid of it. I was afraid it would rub more and more. I would take mine off every other week to clean under it or when I washed the car. I think they look great, just put some protectant on there before putting it on and after cleaning it. That helps out.........just not 100% in my opinion.

I say don't wear a bra......but then again, I really didn't read what you are talking about. I am just assuming it was something good, so go natural. LOL KIDDING! I agree with others, get the clear one. When I had my black 350Z, I put a black bra on it (not anyones listed on here ) and wish I hadn't. Only thing that saved me was waxing over and over. The one time I wish I had it on there, when I was driving on Interstate 64 and the car in front of me ran over a pane of glass and it shattered all over my front! That doesn't mix well with a black car sitting that low.

Mine does the same thing, like I have run-off going down the sides of my truck bed and step rails. However, just makes me clean again...... I didn't panic, just assumed since it was water based that it would do that. Ashley made me feel smart by confirming my instincts! LOL
