IK sprayer to much
Mbrazelton replied to enoch7fa's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
NO matter what you use it seems like Iron Remover goes really quick. Detail spray seems to be a odd one to put in the sprayer, I saw it more as a Waterless wash kind of item. I use the foam sprayer alot and usually cut the product(Wheel/Tire and Rubber Floor Mat Cleaner) with water. -

This is my wife's White Pearl Rav4, I did this weekend. My layers are one-step polish, then Brilliant Glaze, then Paint Sealant. It seems to really bring the pearl out in it, when I get to about 4-5 month mark on the paint sealant the car really loses it pop of the pearl. If its a sealant, I would not put any wax over the top of it, it might take away from the sealant. I would just use detail spray as a dry agent when you wash, and brillant glaze if you just want to bring out the pearl alittle more.

Mbrazelton replied to Bryman312's question in Wheels, Tires, Trim, & Undercarriage
I've been using Brilliant glaze on my polished running boards and it seems to work pretty good. -

On my ZL1 I just used In and Out spray and worked pretty good, but used the hose once or twice. -
storing chemicals in the summer
Mbrazelton replied to enoch7fa's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I know you need to know! But a quick friendly search would have most likely answered your question, there is numerous topics on storage of Adams Chemicals that Adam's Employees have even commented on. -

Mbrazelton replied to Mbrazelton's topic in Product Polls, Feedback, and Company Input
Bringing this back to the top, I cleaned up and finally moved my Adam's products to their new home in the shop, and man do I have like 100 of these things. -

How to get this off my truck?
Mbrazelton replied to ragin_cajuns's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I had never really dealt in them, but the company I work for uses them a lot on our Orange Road Construction signs since we reuse them. Best thing to get car lot logos off or wax from cracks and crevices. -

How to clean off polish fling
Mbrazelton replied to N3VRL8's question in Paint Correction & Polishing
I had someone wax all the trim on there Jeep plastic, but I ended up using the Tire and Rubber cleaner and let it soak for a bit then aggitated it with the wheel or tire brush, it to a bit to get it off but it did after the 2nd time. I VRT everything first then get to waxing and polishing, like shane does. -
Detail spray works great too. Honestly G&G is the only product I don't use in the line-up, maybe here or there on chrome wheels, but I have 2 bottles and it'll take forever to use it. I just use paint sealant and then wash and wax every 3-4 time it gets washed.

Tire and Rubber cleaner
Mbrazelton replied to Humanoid Typhoon's question in Wheels, Tires, Trim, & Undercarriage
I have TRC loaded up in the IK foamer and use it everytime. -
I always wipe down the door panels with Interior Detailer, then use Leather Conditioner on them. Seems to keep the door panels looking nice longer, lighter side on the gloss scale, also dirt from shoes wipes off a lot easier.

I have to agree with Shane on this one. I used both today, I noticed with the Blue Pad and Microfiber Cutting the One Step doesn't work very well. With the White finishing pad I felt that it would work good. I see for certain times it working good, like my truck that has been paint corrected right now just has minor swirls it would work great.

How many pads and towels do I need?
Mbrazelton replied to shane@detailedreflections's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Shane, I was actually going to PM you, I was going to ask a question that would fit into here perfect. What type of Pads do you recommend, the Adam's ones work good, but do you have any that I should add to those 4. I only got one set and have quickly learned that I need more. -
I think it was sold out late Friday afternoon.

Looking to see if anyone has extra of any of the special edition detail sprays.

That's what I ended up doing.

Funny I had it in my cart at 601 and then went to pay and it let me know it was out of stock. Pretty let down with Adams on this one. My guess someone bought 50 of them and we will see them on Ebay tomorrow morning for $400!

Premium or standard foam gun
Mbrazelton replied to Amish R/T's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
I have the standard foam gun now, I have had it about a year and honestly I wish I would have bought the Premium model. It has leaked from the nozzle since I got it, and the spray pattern without the foam gun is weird. Now the plunger will not release so it's stuck on spray 24/7, I have dropped it once/twice, and I'm guess that has to do with it. I used a rubber washer to correct the leaking for a bit not it has got worse, it still puts out foam but wonder if it would be better. Now I am in the process of either trading for or buying a premium model. -
Also looking for Trim coating and One Step polish.
