I will check the lot numbers on the bottles I have.
? Wonder if you both have the same (bad?) batch. What are the lot numbers and dates listed on your bottles?

Correct typo. Leather Conditioner not LIC.

I have had the exact same thing happen recently using my LIC. I didn't think it was much of an issue as rubbing them in made it go away but I tried a different (new) bottle .It did the same thing.

Go with the 15mm. I have the 15mm and 12mm and on my vehicles the 15mm is large enough to correct the paint quickly. As you go to an even larger diameter it makes it tougher to get in tight spots. The 12mm is really nice for the tighter spots.

I might be interested in trading mine. Never used as I purchased a foam cannon shortly after ordering it
instead. Send me a PM on what you are looking to trade for it.

I own the Vac and Blo and the master blaster. IMO the vacuum feature works well on the Vac and Blo but the blower function is not enough to dry a car efficiently if that is what you are looking to do. The master blaster is much better for drying.

Give them a call. It may have shipped and no info generated yet. Either way, rest assured they'll take care of you. Again...call them...this forum isn't the best/fastest way to get answers from the shipping department.
Yes tried that and got pushed to VM multiple times. The email I sent from this morning has not been answered either. I have had really good experiences with in the past but they seem to be extremely busy at this time. Oh well I have no option but to wait. If that is the worst of my worries than I'm doing pretty good.

Multi-sprayer on the way. No exchange necessary. They want me to keep the foamer.
I swear - sometimes the Adam's people are TOO nice....
Nice deal . I order the IK multi-sprayer with the iron remover gallon combo. Received the shipment on Friday minus the sprayer. Called on Friday and they were busy and they were going to ship it out today I guess. I have not seen anything in terms of shipping information yet... Disappointing since I paid for expedited shipping and due to their error I don't have my item yet and they don't seem to be in any hurry to get me it .

Welcome to the forums. Yes you should strip wash prior to using sealant otherwise the longevity of the sealant will be lessened. No real "issue" just won't last as long.

I keep mine inside the house. You do not want to let them freeze. Too much heat can also cause issues.
