I have this old bottle of ceramic spray and wanted to see if this can be used on a brand new Polaris SxS? I have seen the posts and videos using the graphene, but not this OG stuff  Obviously the SxS is mostly plastic and black trim, is there anything I shouldnt put it on?   Its probably 3 years old, is it still good?  Thanks

Thanks for the info RayS!  My cover is about 1.5 yrs old, has some minor fading/whiting.   

I've searched and didnt see any other topics, so hopefully this isnt redundant.  I have a bottle of the original ceramic spray that hasnt been used.  I'd like to use it on my tri-fold truck bed cover which has rubber/metal panels (Undercover UltraFlex).  My question is in regards to prep; I have used VRT on it in the  past, so is a strip wash sufficient to prep it or should I be using the trim cleaner or surface prep on it?  Thanks

Thanks all.  So if I am understanding, i should do a strip wash, iron remover, clay, paint sealant and HGG. I have everything from Adams with the exception of the clay.  Would i necessarily need Paint correction in that process for a 6 mo old vehicle?  Its a tri-coat if that matters.  Paint looks good except for those spots I noticed on this last wash.  Anything necessary between clay and paint sealant?   Thanks again.  

I have a white GMC pickup purchased last September and almost immediately noticed little rust spots.  Combed the forums and determined it was rail dust.  Used iron remover at the time and it appeared to do an amazing job.  BecAuse it was brand new I did not clay.   Since then I have waxed with Americana and spray wax.  Washed it today and noticed spots of rail dust again.  Where did I go wrong?   Do I need to do iron remover, clay and sealer?  Truck this expensive shouldn’t be this much work.  Ha. 

I use it on chrome and windows to remove water spots.  Does great

So if I go with the paint sealant next time, if I’m reading right I’ll have to clay bar the vehicle before applying the sealant?

Thanks guys.  I’ve got a bottle of the Adams Ceramic spray but I’ve been hesitant to try it as I don’t have an indoor area to apply and cure.  Are you saying to use that and maintain with HGG?  Or could I do HGG on top of the wax?

Thanks!  Finally knocked it out.  Americana does pretty well, just difficult to see Applied on this paint. 

I washed my truck yesterday and ran out of time for wax.  Can I wipe it down with detail spray today to remove dust, etc before applying Americana wax?   It has not been driven since washing but it is outside.

Dropping in to say Hi!  Recently bought a new vehicle and with the cost, gained a renewed interest in detailing to take care of it.  Happy with the products I’ve used so far, with more on the way!   

Hi All, I have a 2019 GMC Sierra with factory chrome wheels.  Unfortunately I have street parking and the community sprinklers always seem to get my wheels.   What is best product to remove the spots, I assume they are clear coated?  I have used detail spray and it mostly worked but still some stubborn spots.  And lastly, other than ceramic, is there anything I can treat wheels with that may eliminate the spotting?
