    It sucks when your rules polisher won't turn on after a long period of non-use. Typically, items like this that are in like new condition and cease working are because of an electrical issue-- whether the switch or the cord. As mentioned above, it's also possible that debris has invaded the motor. 
    We use rupes at my company, The Detail Maestro in Portland and we would opt to send this into to have it worked on. 
     
    We also had issue with casing material falling apart

    I don't know how many bottles you made here, but it'll definitely sell out ASAP so that should be a good amount of donated bottles for people who really need it.
     
    I'm just one person, but IMHO even after this pandemic has been handled this should be a permanent product. It would be nice to have access to a hand sanitizer that isn't gel and has a decent amount of alcohol in it.

    Again, unless you went at it with some serious intent, like TRYING to hurt your car, none of the tools are going to do damage. These are not rotary buffers, they are dual action or orbital tools.

    The most aggressive one in the line is the Flex, and even mated up to a microfiber pad and Correcting Polish for multiple sessions you're chances of causing any damage are slim and none.

    I'm glad to be back, it's been about 5 years vacation since my last post  Well here's my wife aka the bosses 2010 Rav4 sport. Me and my buddy spent 2 hours giving the Rav4 a 2 step Detail with my old product that i purchase back in the day
     
    I call this liquid Glass!!!!!!
