  1. awesome that you ordered it! with the MEM DAY sale, we are stocking up this weekend and im DEF getting the coating kit. lets keep each other updated!
  2. awesome. i did the leaf blower trick years back on my 2010, and that was nice. i imagine this is 400X better and less ridiculous.
  3. Im inches away from ordering one... Mosaic Black Metallic here... even after winter violence, my paint isnt nearly as thrashed as it should be. (well, i do take care of it). but.. im doing a late Spring correction VERY soon plus ceramic coating. You guys think this BEAST is worth the pretty penny? HMMMMM
  4. i will post more, surely! when u buy it, let me know!!!! Awesome! v
  5. Ok kids... had to post this,... normally after almost a week of rain, my commute on 95, crappy ripped up roads near home, and pollen... my SS is THRASHED. i swear,.... no wipedowns, nothing... after ceramic boost, my SS is still gleaming aside from a few splash marks on the fenders. the stuff is amazing and the difference in almost a week is incredible. so heres the proof. just taken, after the gym.
  6. totally. im just dead set on removiing it myself, lol. thanks man!
  7. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!! too funny! i wound up really liking it, HA!! all good.
  8. VRT has amazed friends and clients all by itself.. but again.. .coatings... #1
  9. All kidding aside, (lol) ... the red piece that comes with the Visco clay ... is not only awesome for creating the grime-catching grooves, but then use it as a "holder" for the clay ... much more leverage. LOVE this stuff.
  10. ive actually embarrassed myself from doing that... because of the expletives i YELL ... outside.... in suburbia... woooops
  11. its great. i got both for my quad exhaust tips on the SS... bEaUTifUL!!!! and so much easier to apply and remove than most "retail" cremes and such. worth it, and get both!
  12. You wont be disappointed. its awesome. Just stocked up on more of it this past weekend in Carlisle.
  13. EXACTLY as stated above. Most certainly! even VRT has done miracles on the worst faded black trim ive ever seen (an OLD corolla, a beaten up VUE)... but yes, the coating method will keep it tidy for MUCH longer!
  14. ha yes. i really did a number on this one, didnt i. from the guy who dresses the interior at red lights. UGH i know i will be able to get it out by hand... i just have to wait til its not raining and .. the weekend. for the wheel rash, i DID find a local place (with a decent site) that im waiting on an answer from. thanks for asking!!!! =V=
  15. OK!!! let me know how it all goes, and ill keep you posted too once I do the full kit order / etc. Awesome! V
  16. i have access but its SLIM and ... i need to find a bigger area. I have some options to explore. my dream is a HUGE 4 car area, climate controlled, sofas, water-feed/drain, and a bar. I swear i would sleep in it.
  17. OH ---theyve done far worse than this. LOL its like VOODOO... even bending, too. (ive not had that, though). First time I had it was in 2010 on my NEW 2010 SS... i was so upset about the dog having cancer, i slammed into a curb --- to a dead stop. i had 360 degrees of SHREDDING and that night i DID puke in the driveway. they can fix it... just looking for a new source. but thank you!!! Im actually working on a lead near home, thanks to a link i DID find deeper on this site... so ill post my findings soon! V
  18. OK cool. Ouch, right? it was so IDIOTIC!!!!! yes, let me know. Again - dealership can do it, but i want to avoid being mocked! LOL!!!! seriously though... what a drag! Thanks man!
  19. HAHAHAHHAHA it was YOU!!!!!!! yes, I was the one drooling all over your SS. HAHAH! NICE DUDE!!!! yeah man, I loved it. I did it as soon as we got home on Sunday. Now, before my upcoming "late Spring" correction (to whack back the minor swirls from Winter), Im thinking about finding a full-blown indoor setting and going full-on Ceramic Coating. Seems fairly easy... What do you think? and SO NICE TO MEET YOU! V
  20. Moderators, sorry if I'm in the wrong area... I didnt say a word about this cause I am mortified. I had a guy valet my car at my previous job before I had my garage barcode access. Then I found curb rash. UGH. My dealership fixes rash on certain days with an outside source... while thats all good, and my guys are #1... its a little inconvenient and the price has jumped a bit per wheel. ANYWAY.. they fixed my wheel, and not even 4 days later it was my turn. WHACKED IT at my aunt's house on her high curbs. I literally almost puked. same wheel. Can you even believe it? SO... I am in Southern NJ, 15 minutes from PHILA> i KNOW I can search on my own via google, but just wanted to reach out here first to see if anyone near me could refer a knock-out place that may even come to me. (not required, though).. See the devastation in my pics... (insert BARF face here.) V Sigh.
  21. My late spring correction and Ceramic ceramic ceramic!

  22. OK, thanks. That makes sense and I will surely give that a shot. i DID get some off with an orange pad on a 3" polisher... but like i said, i had to bail due to daylight fading... THANK YOU! ill post my update with pics! V
  23. And mind you, this was MY bad. So.. I was using the new WHEEL CLEANER (which i love, its better than ever!!!) and... i had it on my rim as usual, then ... the hose connection (to the source) literally exploded and started spraying all over the inside of the garage and all over one of the classic SAABs. whoops. In my haste, I ran to fix it and stop it, and the wheel cleaner semi-dryed on the rim (which im well aware NOT to do)... in my panic, I had to dump water on it... what a mess. well, it left this "stain" behind which now i cannot get off of the rim. Any pointers? this was a FIRST for me, and so stupid. I tried to machine polish it off a tad, but didnt get too far because of daylight and other crap. Help?! See image of my SS Rim.... the "Stain" is outlined. Thanks
  24. Could be... ? But Im not sure. Im eager to use the entire Adams system, though. (Coating Kit). Its amazing how much better my paint looks after the rain ... and also cause were still in Pollen HELL here.
