  1. Some shots along the way...
  2. Hey There, Had the opportunity to get the finish back on this Corvette near the end of the Summer last year. Just now getting time to post it up. Pretty typical detail for what I do. Two Bucket Wash, Wheels, Tires, Engine, Tips, Paint Correction, then finish with the FaceMelter.
  3. IMO If you are applying BG, the IPA wipedown may not be needed. I rarely hit a car with IPA if I am using BG before wax. Yes, eliminate the Buttery step. Americana is a better wax in terms of longevity and look.
  4. I use the MP twins on anything stainless in my house. Are the fixtures solid brass or are they anodized aluminum?
  5. If you are adding WW to a Foam Gun (attaches to a garden hose), then I recommend between 1-2oz., in addition to Car Shampoo. If you are adding WW to a Foam Cannon (pressure washer), I prefer to fill the canister 50/50 with Car Shampoo and WW. That's just me though. I am sure 2-3oz. in addition to the Car Shampoo would work.
  6. You should kick it old school, and find a 3 Wheeler to restore! I love mine!
  7. I'm not gonna lie, if I had $250k laying around, the first place I am going for anything Custom Car related... WEAVER CUSTOMS.
  8. Heck yes Chewy!!! Nice car, and I love your route on this so far! Mook
  9. Well you can't tell her she didn't do *something* today then
  10. Open a box of Baking Soda (Arm n Hammer or whatever), Drop in a baking pan, set it car for 12 hours on the floor board. See if this helps. Obviously, this is the cheapest method.
  11. I haven't seen clear headed sprayers go out with orders since before Hot August Nights in 2013. I actually liked those better.
  12. I applaud them for having the stones to startup an American Car company. Granted, charging $250,000 a pop isn't cheap, and yes they have a limited demographic. Could end up being a great story!
  13. Some people have used APW as a machine product before, however, Americana, Buttery, and Patriot are all designed to be used by hand. Two panels at a time with paste, or the whole vehicle with Buttery.
  14. I definitely see some Ford influence. Namely the Mach 1...I see some Pontiac here and there, a little Cuda... Allegedly 20 pre-sales already. Officially on sale and in production in two weeks.
  15. Check out this article on Yahoo about the Equus Bass770... Key Spec Stats: 3640 Lbs. LS9 Motor 0-60 3.4 Sec 640 HP 605 TQ Superformed Aluminum lined with Carbon Fiber
  16. Great work, Brothers! I LOVE LOVE LOVE working on the C7 Corvette. So nice.

  18. That's AWESOME to see in under an HOUR! That's a small apartment worth of square footage! I found a really nice, small measuring cup at the grocery store for my dispensing of RW. It's not Made in the USA (sadly), it's Oxo brand, but it works for me.
  19. I CAN say this about the scent of the product...if you leave a towel or two in the solution bucket with solution in it, even with the lid not all the way closed...THEN FORGET you left it there for a few days...I can't even describe the lunch losing scent! I think it's rather pleasant, when using it normally, other than that.
