  1. All they need to do is put a Diesel in them! THAT would be GREAT for small trucks.
  2. May get a call to go pick it up today. However with the roads being full of slush and snow, I would rather wait!
  3. So you guys know, at sea level water boils at around 220 degrees, Farenheit. NEVER take cold or hot water to an exact opposite piece of auto glass. You will end up like Dylan's friend.
  4. If this is around the same size as the X3 or close...should be really sexy in person! Apples to oranges I know, but the two "what do you think" threads about new cars on the forum the last couple days...I'd take this over that Colorado!
  5. Nice work man. That exhaust option really does make the wheels tie in better.
  6. I will reserve judgement until I see one in person.
  7. This looks pretty cool to me! Here's the article: http://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/2015-porsche-macan-crossover-suv-takes-center-stage-061648088.html
  8. Put it on a flatbed yesterday and it safely made it to the Transmission Shop. Everything to this point is going well. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place.
  9. After I got it cleaned up, it was late in the Day. IT should not have taken me 6 hours to do all of that. However, not being around something I love so much for the better part of 6 mos...I took my sweet time! A couple days later, the paint was now dry on my Winter Wheels. They were all chrome before, however the winters here and their mag chloride drops have left them really stained. I couldn't get that stuff out. Therefore, I painted the centers!
  10. Commencing into cleaning the Engine. After a thorogh cleaning. Dressed. After I completed the Engine, I began to rinse it off. This Patriot/BG/QS Combo..."Facemelter with Cheese"...has been on there for I think almost a year now. I may have slapped some APW down in the Spring, but not likely with the little time I have. Wash POW! This is my Foam Gun. There are many like it. But this one's mine. Car porn shots.
  11. Good Morning. Sent it off yesterday to have the Trans replaced with a much beefier version of the 4L70E. Last weekend, I took some time to clean up the Paint and Engine, installed the Winter Wheels, and otherwise took care of any little thing before I sent it off. When I get it back, I plan on repainting the Front Brake Ducts, and also painting the Interior Pillars to match the Dashboard. On the docket for that day: Clean Wheel Wells with APC and a Large Wheel Woolie Clean Engine with APC and A Boar's Hair Brush Dry Engine with Master Blaster Dress Engine with 60/40 SVRT/Water...Engine Milk Deluxe Two Bucket Wash with Grit Guards, Two Wash Pads, Car Shampoo Dry with Master Blaster DS Wipedown with a SingleSoft Towel Dress all Trim and Tires with either SVRT or In and Out Spray Brilliant Glass the Glass The TBSS has been sitting in my parent's garage since the first part of June, when the transmission left this Earth. It wasn't super dirty, but I could see the neglect of having something sit for almost 6 months. The first order of business was to replace the battery...LOL! Notice the SEXY Headlights with projector lenses done by 303Motorsports (JD_SS). I had these done to emulate the C6ZR-1 headlights. Only set he will make like this. Hood down, time to start. Really embarrassed I let my Engine get this bad. Since I planned on changing the wheels to the Winter set, I left these alone. I will worry about the cleaning/polishing/sealing of those this winter some time. Lots of settled dirt.
  12. I found that on the CTS-V I did recently, that MF Pads worked a lot better--in terms of finished quality and time, vs the Foam Pads. Every finish, even from model to model from Manufacturers is different. Best bet, if you can, is to have both on hand so that you're always ready for battle!
  13. When the stimulus hit GTAO, I took and sold my existing house (1162 street address on a hill), sold my Sandking for $80k, and bought the mid level apt. on I believe 4th st. with a 10 car garage. Net purchase was 80k on a 260k house I think... My only gripe is that it's in downtown. Therefore going to and coming out of sometimes are challenging without getting shot at.
  14. Cylco Speed around 3 is what I prefer, when using that Bad Boy of Awesome to lay MSS!
  15. I may unleash the TBSS for this event if it's recovered from surgery in time! IF not, maybe I bring the Chevelle?
  16. Still playing online with Tegeler and his crew, as my crew has I guess left the game. Here's my garage. Found the Rat Truck over near Trevor's place!
  17. THAT's a Gift! Good luck with it! GREAT car!
  18. While I cannot stand facial hair on me normally...save for that chin patch I rocked for three years...I plan on attempting a 'stache til the end of the month. This should turn out....grey. LOL
  19. With only a little Stimulus money left, I almost have my garage filled...for now. Been racing with Forum Member Tegeler and his friends the past few nights....LOT of fun! Missions are now getting too difficult for just me alone online.
  20. Looking Good! Why is it everytime I say, "Subaru", I immediately think of A Chipmonk's Christmas...and that Hula Hoop song? Replace Subaru with Hula Hoop. That song just gets better.
  21. Ryan, I've always used MP #2 on Chrome. If that's a Chrome Clad...I don't know. I tend to have one Blue Hex Grip for Metal Polish, so that's what got used. It probably had a little MP #1 in it, but I love the result!
