  1. awesome results! I started a thread so I didn't jack yours lol, but keep up the good work!
  2. Didn't wanna jack anyone's thread so decided I would throw out my results! May 25 I started: I began by altering my portion size during my meals and started walking/jogging(when I could) and I couldn't even go a mile without being dead! Me at 260: After 3 weeks of working hard I had dropped 12 lbs and started mixing in some mountain bike exercise: I was actually close to 245^^^^^^ not 235 lol, I mistyped and couldn't fix it Fast forward to the middle of july and I was at the 20lb mark The end of july I was just shy of 230 trying to make progress, I hit a wall at 237 and stayed there for a while...... so on to working harder, I changed my diet and added more cardio while also lifting....... before i started lifting: after three weeks of lifting: The end of july neared and I was at 234: Fast forward to July 29 I weighed before going to church and was at the 230 mark!!!!!!!!! I am still working and have started training for sprint triathlon events in the next months to come. I went this past Saturday and did 44 miles on my road bike and jogged 3, then on Sunday I rode 12 more miles and spent an hour in the gym! I have been feeling great. This goes to show you, its not about fancy shakes, or pills, or even that infomercials that tell you all ya gotta do is 3 minutes per day for abs lol. It takes dedication, hard work, and a drive to want more! Good luck to everyone who is trying to lose weight or become fit, and any question I can help answer, I will be glad to try to pass the info I have learned thus far!
  3. I did a little road racing with a soobie I had for a while...... I have done both and they are totally different, I enjoyed both and it was great!
  4. I used to spend every weekend at the track with my turbo truck. Went a best of 11.93@114 It was so much fun.
  5. My little girl turns one this thursday, we are gonna have a party at the house. I have put the detailing on hault for this weekend its amazing how far we have come in a year. from 4lbs 3 oz to a whopping 22lbs in a year! Growing up too fast!
  6. thats awesome man! I work for Information management at a local hospital, and oversee the EHR implementation as well! Its fun but def some hard work! Good luck, what system do you guys use?
  7. lol if ya wait a little while I can get some miles on these and let ya know how they do I couldn't pass up the deal on these tires as they were 120 cheaper per tire than the trail grapplers I wanted originally I to would like a different wheel but nobody is running the SSS wheel so it different for now:cheers:
  8. The ccm kit was pretty straight forward and easy, only problem I had was the factory bolts on the top of the strut had to be cut flush so the new spacer could mount on top. its only about a 1/4 of the top bolts (3 per side) that need to be taken down so they don't hit the strut mount on the truck and allow the spacer to sit flush up in the hole. Also remember to put the bottom of the strut on first then push the lower control arm down to get the top in. The bushing on the bottom of the shock/strut is very solid and doesn't give ya any help lol. Its about a hour job if you have all the tools there. Still rides stock and the Nitto Terra Grapplers ride awesome!
  9. I have posted in most all of the other threads...... so once again I will leave this here level it already hahahahahahahahahahaha
  10. lol you saw extreme's car didn't you he just did his wheels and stuff and made it a totally different car! I recently picked up a toy, gonna try to see if I can push the 5.3 up to 600 hp on stock rods and pistons and run a 10 second pass. We will see though. My old truck went 11's so its possible, just gotta get the combo right.
  11. hmmmmmm so what do you do in your spare time? Mafia?
  12. I did some research and couldn't come up with a solution without ordering some stuff online. I have a customer that has some koolaid spots and coffee stains on the floor of her 06 camry. He had another "Detailer" try it and couldn't get it out using their cleaner, which I am sure is reslove or something similar. I have had some experience with koolaid and the Adam's carpet cleaner and while it works on some pretty harsh stuff, it just won't cut it on the koolaid. You can go back and forth like a argument for 30 minutes and it doesn't change, but thats why its not called jesus in a bottle. So now my question, where do you get carpet dye, keeping in mind this customer is getting ready to sell this vehicle so it doesn't need to be perfect, just wants the bad stuff gone. Anywhere local? or online that is cheap and easy to use? thanks in advance!
  13. I started with 3m. I used their products for a little while but like others, just never completly satisfied. Now some people might have been but I am very meticulous about how my finished product not only looks but performs! On myth busters they did in fact polish a terd, but you still have crap! So with Adams you can bet that the product not only shines and works, but also protects and last a long time! We all have our customer service stories, but I won't bore you with those. I will just say as of my entire dealings with Adams, not once have a been dissatisfied with the customer service I have received. As many people do, I bough my 3m products local. It was easy to just drive down to the body shop supplier and pick up what I needed. But when I got home, I had no support, nobody told me what I was doing wrong, and I surely never got a video explaining how to use, clean,or store my products! So I then switched to Adams! I placed my first order of the PC kit and started using it. I was skeptical at first so I didn't order the big PC kit, just the basics. Once I tried the products and noticed a increase in performance of their stuff over the competition, I placed another order! Over the course of a year, I have invested quite a bit of money into a product that not many people here in the state of Mississippi know about. As of today, I have enough detail business to keep me going straight for a month if I had the time! With all that being said, why not try it? Heck 110% money back guarantee is what sells my customers to keep up their new shine! If it doesn't out perform, outshine, or even out-do any of the competition, call Any of the staff and let them know!(my favorite part) Its a no brainer!
  14. so dylan you have my address just shoot me some "samples"
  15. I have to say it is an experience you will never forget but ya try not to remember (well some things you don't want to remember)haha! I don't call myself a biker per-say....... I ride for fun and love the thrill of having the wind and the smells and everything around you! We had a blast of non stop 7 days of ridding that consisted of 3,970 miles round trip! We went and saw Mt. Rushmore and Deadwood and several other towns along the way! The countryside up that way is just wonderful and relaxing! My next adventure will be Route 66 and HWY 1 up the West coast! Just not sure if ill do it on the bike or my soon to have next ride (C5 Z06).
