    Hello!

Here at Adam's we relentlessly pursue perfection with our products, our customer service and our website.

That being said, I wanted to let you know we have a large handful of upgrades coming to the website over the next few months.

Most of them are small upgrades to your shopping cart, formatting on mobile, formatting on tablets etc...

In the last 2 weeks we have:

    1. Upgraded our visual banners on the homepage from 2000px by 550px to 2000px by 700px.

What does this mean?  Banners are a better size for photography and should display much nicer in on your desktop as a large visual call out.

    2. Upgraded our cart to have an easier time removing or updating quantities!

Previously we had a small x on the website that was very hard to click. Quite a few customers mentioned it was difficult to click that x, so we found a solution that should work great. (Here was the issue: http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/28931-problem-removing-items-from-the-cart-sometimes/ )

The resolution was adding a "remove, update quantity" field in the checkout process for each sku.

    3. Changed formatting on our homepage for tablets.

The top navigation on our homepage was formatting incorrectly on tablets and pushed the text into another field. This made it difficult to navigate. Now, around iPad dimensions, our site will resize.

    4. Persistent Shopping Cart!

When you add an item to your cart, we will now hold those items in your cart for you for 27 days! That means you can come back and shop without having your cart cleared out each time. REMEMBER, these items will be cleared out if you empty your cache before the 27 days.

    5. On our homepage, The "SHOP NEW PRODUCTS" & "SHOP ALL SPECIALS" tab now actually lead to those pages. Previously they landed on pages that made.... no sense.

Plus... we did a few other minor changes that no one will notice, I bet.

In the next few weeks, we have more changes coming to improve your shopping experience with us!

Match the scent of the squash airspencers. SOOOO GOOD. I can drop off a sample to you if you want Matt.

Also I think leather conditioner would be excellent as well.

Air Fresheners have been an absolute hit. As you probably know, we recently redesigned them but the scent has stayed the same.

This one was the first: Adam's Logo Air Freshener

This one is now for sale too: Adam's Circle Air Freshener

The question now is WHAT'S NEXT?

Tell us some ideas below. Do you want more Adam's ones? Awesome car photos? Less Branding? More pictures? Different scents? Different color? Different size?

Comment what you're thinking below, if we choose your design or idea we will certainly send a few free ones your way once we develop them.

Different color circle A's with various scents to a specific color would be really cool. The color/scents correspond to the various products.

Matt@Adams reacted to AmyAtAdamsAustralia in MF vs. Foam Cutting pads?
    Hi Chris,

I had a quick search and I believe the video you're referring to is the comparison of the Gen4 pads.

When it comes down to defining which pad is "better" it will depend on the job at hand and the level of defects/damage on the paint. I personally prefer having a few of the microfibre and foam in my detailing arsenal as the damage on paint is never completely identical.

Usually a good rule of thumb is to start with the least aggressive method possible first i.e White Foam with Finishing Polish and see where that gets you. If you need more correction you can step it up to a Microfibre cutting pad and Paint Correcting Polish.

For our mobile detailing side of the business here in Australia, I'm finding the orange microfibre cutting pad with PCP followed by the white foam pad with PFP yields great results correcting 85-90% of defects.

Usually I think of it this way. Correction= microfibre, and Refinement/Glossing = foam. At the end of it all it is a case by case basis. As long as you perform a  test spot with the least aggressive combo the paint will let you know what it needs.

On a side note, we use the Flex, Rupes 21, Cyclo and PC on different occassions but the polish/pad combo usually stays the same. Varying the type of polisher changes the speed and aggressivness of the pass.

    I hope that helps you.

Based on the association Mike Furman has with Adams Detail products, as well as Mike personally using the products on his own 2015 C7 ZO6, I decided to order a few products today.

The Adams site is very user friendly. However, I had some questions about application and performance, so I called and talked to Ben at Adams. He is a Corvette owner and has a real passion for Adams products. He guided me effortlessly through the features and benefits of each of the products I wanted to order.

The site was easy to navigate, and I ordered the Car Shampoo, H2O Guard and Gloss, and Glass sealant. I immediately received a confirmation email on my order, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking number. 3 days later, FedEx was ringing my door bell!!!

These products are awesome. Easy, effortless application, but you must use them sparingly. They are very concentrated and...... "less is more". The aroma of the products is strong but pleasing, and the caps of the bottles have an ingenious red floating inner cap that assures a tight, leak free seal.

Totally satisfied with the ordering process, service, shipping, cost, and performance. Best auto detail products I have ever used, and worth every penny spent. I will be back for more down the road.

Thanks again to Mike Furman and Ben at Adams.
