  1. Wish I was up near the boston area! Good luck with your search.
  2. Here another one of his work, thanks again!
  3. Beautiful stang you have, you deserve it man!!
  4. having 8 coats of MSS is just nuts to imagine applying on a truck.
  5. Roll around Pittsburgh with that on game day
  6. Welcome! Like someone else posted watch the video and see what you want done to your ride and order from there!
  7. I do the same as other, I plan out what I buy and try to buy with specials and holidays. I started with the PC about a year ago and then just about a month ago I brought the flex. I like crunching numbers and seeing what I can get for the cheapest price. Also its kind of like what Mook said with the wish list but I do it on paper and make sure to get what I think I need sooner (you need it all once you start). I was in your same boat before I first brought Adams. I had a cart full of products for about a week and then I decided to buy it and try it out. It really is the best decision you can make, your car is an investment protect!
  8. I do it on the side as well, throughout the weekend. I look at it as fueling my passion and not paying for my hobby. Like other said I put half aside and spend the other on random things I would. Also just come up with some packages and they can pick what they want based on what you offer. The one advise I would say is dont sell yourself short and treat there car like your own and you will be fine.
  9. No I had to get SSHR one pass, certain spots two, then SHR, and then finished it will FMP.
  10. Here are some of the before and after shots from my weekend detail. This client brought this in AZ and got it to Pittsburgh. He has had it for about 11 year and it hasnt had a proper wash or protective coating on it in that time:willy:. This also was the first car I used the Flex polisher on, I have been using the Porter Cable for about a year. The Flex is a beast of a machine and really makes it easier to detail. First shots are some before the wash Here is a shot of the hood Try and hold it down please, claybar of half the hood 50/50 After shots... Remember that hood? Thanks for looking at my detail!
  11. Got to love the wheels, makes me think of a revolver everytime
  12. Great work, thats a combo that will forever be awesome
  13. During this weekends detail of my clients vette I was using the new lug nut brush, which is a awesome tool to use. The question and reason I am posting is because the brush was losing some of the boar hair. I dont know if that is "normal" from a brush or what maybe wrong. I would say no more than about 10 hair I found on the wheels when I was cleaning them for all 4 of them.
  14. Thats just newer additions, the collection will always continue
  15. I am with you, I think the charcoal just makes everything so much better.
  16. So I wanted to share this with the forum even though this isnt anything out of the normal for Adam's. I ordered some new items and it arrived today and I was excited to see it because I am upgrading to the Flex (which I am really excited for). The first thing I saw was the order form and a note inside saying that I have two items on backorder (the DWC I knew it was going to be on backorder but I had them send it). Not only were they great with getting my order out and questions answer, they did a little bit more. I ordered the flex with the package of extra pads and polish (doing more side detailing why not have more ). The new gen 4 pad was backed order so they threw in 2 of the old green flex polishing pads! Next when I was going threw a little more I saw the shine calendar at the bottom as well! Just wanted to share this and say thank you so much for your time and effort to make this company amazing and continue to do so.
  17. Anyone at Adam's have a eta on when the metal machine towels and combo will be back in stock?
  18. Love the grilling will be posting photos soon!
  19. I kind of like for not being a lambo guy, the curves of the car are really great.
  20. I am doing my neighbor's "fleet" of vechiles which are top of the line cars. I just explained to him that the product I use is a top of the shelf product. He understood granted because he has cars that are top of the line (750hp vette I get to do!). If they want their cars or vechiles to look great they will be willing to pay. You could also do a test of the products you have (SVRT on tirm or wheels) to get them to understand how great the product actually is.
  21. Its a deadly combo, especially for black. Nothing is more impressive!
