I'm a supervisor of 20 engineers and the PE for a tight deadline project. most of my day is spent talking with other people, who usually are only talking to me cuz there's a problem with something, some where, and im apparently the only one that can tell them how to fix it. It can be an extremely stressful job (that i do love tho). Because of that...detailing my truck has been my "get away." it's the only time of the week (or every other if the weather is bad) that is 100% for me and i'm 90% sure no one will bug me. The Gf refuses to come out when im detailing, for fear that i'll put her to work lol. i usually detail during the hottest part of the day, so none of my neighbors will stop by with the ever-so-clever "you can do mine next!" jokes that seem to NEVER get old (pfft). it's calming to me to work hard on cleaning the truck, and then standing back and seeing a great finished product. i'm not a professional...and i never want to be.

yuup. truck gets pulled into the garage where the fans are blowing when it's time to do the interior...only so i won't sweat every where. i refuse to detail in the morning when it's the coolest tho. i typically detail when it is at the day's HOTTEST so i WILL sweat. great way to burn a few extra calories

Sweat while detailing is common lol...and as this guy said, here in texas its hot and humid right now. i tend to cool myself off with the hose prior to drying...it helps

eventually, i upgraded the loaner centerline 20s for Intro Wheels 22s i still use Adam's products almost solely...and the same basic process i've always done Rinse truck 1 bucket with 3 shots of Adam's shampoo Wash everything above fenders with large mf pad. empty bucket and refill. Wash everything below fenders with medium mf pad. Wash lower bumper. Wash wheels and tires. Wash inner fenders. Rinse. Mist truck with detail spray. Dry. Clean windows and mirrors. Hit all exterior plastic with Adam's Super VRT polish wheel hoops with adam's wheel polisher #1 Polish clear coated wheel faces with detail spray and adam's double soft towel Shine tires with Adam's tire shine. Polish paint by section with detail spray and adam's double soft towels For this last detail, i noticed i had some spots on the bed fender that look like splatter from wheel detailing. add that with a few water spots on the hood...and i decided to clay bar and re-wax the whole truck using Adam's buttery wax and then Adam's brilliant glaze.

Tv is offset for several reasons: 1.I like the offset look. i feel it gives it more of the modern look i wanted. 2.Structural requirements of stud locations 3.The right side is where the a/v equipment is/was gonna go. 4. mook is correct, it centers better in the overall space of the room 5.??? 6.Profit.
