  1. I'd also recommend the brilliant glaze before you wax, just like in the Adams video. It'll knock you out.
  2. I know how you feel. I just picked up a "bunch" of Adams products and detailed my 2011 Camaro SS on Sat and was blown away by the results. Did 2, 2 bucket washes followed by Brilliant Glaze and Americana Wax. Fantastic results. Then hit the supercharger with metal 1, 2 polish. Awsome.
  3. Weather up here in MA has be blah but there is a big car cruise coming on Thursday at Foxbor Stadium so I'll be posting some pics of the Camaro Thursday night. Can't wait. The car came out fantastic. Used the metal polish 1 and 2 on the supercharger and it blows away the other guys polish.
  4. The rims are in very good shape so I'll go with the brilliant glaze. If it does to the wheels what is did for the paint, it'll be perfect! Thanks.
  5. :banana:Holy shine Batman!!!! I'm hooked!! Just applied Brilliant Glaze to my 2011 Camaro SS (Cyber Metalic Grey) and holy #$!*&!@ it's unbelievable, incredible, awsome. Pic later as it just started mist here in MA so I'm in the garage to apply the Americana wax.
  6. I'm starting to detail my Camaro for a show tomorrow and want to clean my chrome rims. After cleaning with the green wheel cleaner should I use the metal polish 1 and 2 or something else for chrome?
  7. Well, the last I heard was for showers Sat and Sun. But it's New England. You know the saying, if you don't like the weather wait a minute. I'm hoping it's aleast dry. Hate to spend all the time and effort just to get rained on.
  8. The SS is Cyber Metalic Grey. I also have an 81 Z28 that's Charcoal Metalic Grey. See a pattern?!
  9. I'd say so. Looking forward to my new toys this weekend. Nexrt step, polishing!
  10. Awsome, thanks for the helps. Can't wait for the weekend to start preping. Pics to follow.
  11. Wow, this is cool! It's been over 20 years since I "retired" my other Camaro (81 Z) and alot has changed. So let me ask 1 more question. Does it hurt not to polish and go right to the glaze and wax? I just ordered a bunch of stuff but didn't get any polish and now it's a timing thing.
  12. Thanks. So after the clay apply polish before the glaze? Do I have to apply the polish? Which Adams product is the polish? Sorry if these are "silly" questions, but I have a big show this weekend and want to get it right.
  13. I've spent the better part of the last year modifying my 2011 Camaro SS (supercharger, headers, chrome, new rims, completely new audio) and now want to learn the art of detailing. So, am I correct in this order. Wash, clay, wash again (to remove the residue), apply brilliant glaze, then apply wax?
  14. Excellent, I have a car show next weekend and will post some pics' when I'm done.
  15. Hi everyone. I have a question. I've waxed my Camaro SS about a month ago (with someones else's wax) and want to know how long before I can use Adams Brilliant Glaze and follow up wax with the Americana Premium Paste Wax.
