2000 Chevy S-10 Xtreme - A Work In Progress
doombert replied to DonJuan692006's topic in Detailing Write-Ups
I had a new '99 S10 4x4 and to this day is still my favorite vehicle I owned. Always wanted an Xtreme too. This one looks like a great project! -
I love that car. Looks so mean!

Welcome fellow New Brunswicker!

Yay! Buttery is one of my favs!

I cleaned the wheels and tires on my Pathfinder with APC and Super VRT. Was all I could get done before a thunderstorm rolled in. Got new tires mounted and they always make a mess of my wheels. Drove me crazy all week

Google won't search for Dylan because it knows you don't find Dylan, he finds you. Your search - Dylan - did not match any documents. Suggestions: Run, before he finds you. Try a different person. Try someone less dangerous.

Wow, beautiful car!

I looooove that car. The wagon in Thunder Grey would be the ultimate for me.

I gave the old Pathfinder a quick wash last night only to wake up to rain this morning. I knew it was going to rain, but still washed it anyway.

That Raptor looks awesome! Love the red letter tires.

Should I throw away the chamois?
doombert replied to PHILLIE PHANATIC's question in Paint Correction & Polishing
I almost threw away my old chamois, but I'm glad I kept it. If I BBQ in the rain, I use the old chamois to dry it off before putting the cover on. -
I've owned 3 black vehicles in the past. Hated trying to detail them, but loved looking at them afterwards. And that detailing was done before I discovered Adam's! I currently own a Rav4 as well, but I've got the Pyrite Mica colour. Mine is a 2012 and I have found it to be a difficult car to detail with all it's nooks and crannies. Especially around the back by the spare tire.

That's a nice looking 96! I really miss my 99 S10.

Looks great so far. Great job!

First time using Super VRT
doombert replied to doombert's question in Wheels, Tires, Trim, & Undercarriage
Yes, VRT is worth every penny after using it on both my vehicles and seeing the results. I actually got the SUPER VRT TIRE & TRIM COMBO for $35 so it was a good deal. -
I applied Super VRT to the trim on my 2002 Pathfinder last week for the first time. What a great product. I hate to admit to using Armor All previously. We haven't had any rain yet, but several days of fog and it's holding up beautifully. This is the rear bumper cover beading off the fog from this morning.

Happy Friday - Order Arrived
doombert posted a question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Nothing makes me happier than my Adam's order arriving on a Friday afternoon when the scheduled delivery is Monday! Guess I'll be doing some more detailing this weekend. -
Washing Larger Vehicles
doombert replied to McMo's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
My vehicles aren't overly large... 2012 Rav4 and 2002 Pathdfinder. I've been standing on a milk crate to give me the extra boost I need to reach the roofs. Glad I saw this thread as I'd like to get some kind of stool. -
This is going to give me nightmares! He's ruining that car.

Hi all, I've been using Adam's products for several years. My brother always added my stuff onto his orders, but I've started ordering from the Canadian website. So far, so good! Loving the website, the customer service, and of course the products! Thought I would join the forum and have a look around. I washed, polished and waxed my car last weekend and it's rained all week, so looks like it'll be getting some more Adam's this weekend!
