My glass sealant has turned cloudy too. I just put some on before a round of rain. Sealant performed just fine. No issues.

I'd add in a strip wax, I just pickup some meguiars royal purple and add in some original dawn dish soap. Then clay the truck and apply LPS. I've done this on three different vehicles now and it seems to be the ticket.
I would just add some APC to the car shampoo if striping wax. Dawn tends to be hard on plastic.

Im sorry but that made me laugh.
As for me, I broke out the brand new to me tire shine from Adams. Id get photos but I kinda did it in the dark, Actually wont get to see it until after I drive to work....
Don't worry...I had to laugh too.

Since you already have PC, set it up to run small pads. That is what I did when I got my Flex.

I prefer the pads. The wedge doesn't have enough removing power (keep in mind my vehicles stay outside). I did just pick up a merino mitt looking forward to trying it out.

Well at least I have a couple of cans left from mystery boxes. Wonder if there is a new product on the way to replace it. They hinted at new or updated products this week on Instagram.

Put some Quick Sealant on my wife's new wind chimes. Only detailed chimes on the street. Lol.

Thanks for the update Matt. Just curious if it was still on the table or not.

I think the statement in bold is the most overlooked reason why there is customer error on the Tire Shine product. You can't expect it to soak in like a water based lotion/cream for your tires, when there is silicone in the product.
Yep. I had same problem the first time with Tire Shine. Slung off the tire and left it bare.

I had trouble with sling on mine but I was using way too much product. How old are the tires? I would spray TS directly on to the block and spread on the tire. That's what I do with my Toyo AT2s. What product did you use before TS?

Will you all please quit drinking the Detail Spray!!!

I actually put my wash pads in washing machine on gentle. I only wash the pads by themselves. Seems to help get the debris out of them. Keep in mind I am using them on non garaged daily drivers.

You are probably not interested but I have new Brilliant Glaze 16 oz and new Undercarriage spray 16 oz.

That's it. Had a bunch of pollen on the vehicles. Yeah for living in the Ohio valley and not having a garage!!!If a surface is dirty the beading will be effected as the water combines with dust/dirt - so if your vehicles were dusty when they were rained on then the beading would be reduced until the next wash, especially with light rain that doesn't flush the surface well.
Also, beading is AN indication of protection, but not the ONLY indication of protection.

Wanted to follow up since we had some rain today. The beading action was great. I was afraid I hadn't put enough on but had excellent beading all over my truck.
We had heavy rain last night and it appears beading action is gone. I wonder what I did wrong? Wife's car is the same way. Both vehicles had a coat of Buttery Wax mid March. Both vehicles washed with new Adams soap then HGG.

Love HGG. I did four vehicles yesterday and used about 1/3 of the bottle. A little goes a long way. Not bad considering I did a mid-size truck, a sedan, small car, and a mini-van. Really impressed with the shine and slickness.

I noticed my wheels have to be noticeably dirty in order for the deep wheel cleaner to work better than green wheel cleaner. If the rims are anywhere near clean, i stick with green wheel cleaner.
I don't think DWC is meant to be an every wash product. It's far too strong for a light cleaning. I typically use DWC after winter. Then soap the rest of the year unless there is a reason to use DWC again.

I tried SVRT and it looks great. However after the first rain it dripped down all the windows and sides off the jeep, it's really not intended for use on soft tops. Try Ragg Topp or 303. Bestop also makes a good product.
I never had any luck with 303 staying put. Seem to have much better luck with VRT.

Looking forward to the new product release. A must buy on my list.

I use VRT on my bed rails and don't have an issue with it running. Did the treated areas have another product on them before applying VRT? That seems like an excessive amount of running.
