Team Adam's
Full strength for pad cleaning. You want to make sure to get all of the old polish residues out of there and full strength will make sure that happens. I also use it at full strength for tires too just to get the most cleaning. For delicate surfaces a dilution of 1:1 is usually sufficient, but you can go more if you want.

Grubrunner
Welcome to the family. After much trial and error on many different surfaces over several weeks, I now use APC at 1:3 ratio mixed with distilled water. I found this to be a winning combo on 99 out of 100 applications for me.... as I now next to never use APC at full strength. I do, however, have two seperate spray bottles.... a 1:3 36oz bottle and a full-blown 16 oz. spray bottle.
ChargerMatt
I have a full strength bottle for tires and wheel wells and a 1:3 mixture for everything in between.
NathanJax
I have a 16oz that's 50/50 with water and then a 16oz that's full strength. Depends what I'm doing as to which one I use, but the 50/50 gets used most of the time
Golf for Life
Welcome Jeff, APC is great stuff. As Dylan said above I also mix 1:1 for light duty cleaning but safe to go full strength. Just do not let it dry on your surfaces especially painted areas.

Sardian
APC is my favorite Adam's product. I use it not only on cars but all over the house. I use it to clean my leather work boots a few times a week, it takes the dirt off like nothing else I have tried. I used mostly full strength but will dilute 1:1 for lighter cleaning.
