My wife is going to visit her family for three days, so I don't really have any set plans for those days. Thought about a quick beach trip with some golf. Any cool suggestions? My last trip was a 3 day/2 night excursion with 5 folks in 3 canoes. There is no land to sleep on, just 24x24 platforms that are 12 miles apart. THE Mook Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 Living in NC, my first choice would be for Wilmington! They have a couple great courses there, Magnolia Green being one of them. Marylander Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 I imagine you're not too far from the Greenbriar resort in WV... it would be a great drive, you can tour the Nuke bunker built for congress during the cold war, and if the courses are open they have amazing golf.
