Chilly Americana

In December I purchased the Premium Flex Kit. I received a bucket with all my sprays and a box with all my clothes. I put the sprays in the basement where it was warm but recently discovered that mixed in with my cloths was the Americana. As result it spent the winter in my chilly garage. Fortunately we had a mild winter in Boston and I don't think the temp went much below the low 30's. Is my Americana toast?

Nope americana can be stored cold. I keep mine in the fridge. However it does not like heat so much.

Same here I keep my Americana in a refrigerator and bring it up to room temperature the night before I use it.

Interesting responses. Thanks for the tip guys, in the fridge mine will go when it arrives this week. I just have to make sure my wife doesn't confuse it for the hummus.

Yep cold is fine for Americana... FREEZING is not though.

 

You really want to avoid heat more than anything else.

What is max ambient heat? Under 100F ok? I would like to just keep it w the rest of my Adam's stuff in the garage.

We really don't recommend anything above 85-90*... beyond that and you risk losing your chemicals.
