chrys7
Personally I would treat Chrome like clear coat wheels, I use: Adam's Ultimate Merino Wool Car Wash Mitt with Green Wheel Cleaner and water. I rinse the wheel , use a Foam spray GWC then as I am wiping I switch it to stream and give it 1 or 2 hits as i am wiping te wheel. To polish them not sure what your using but i use Adam's Metal Polish 1 & 2 Combo - 4 oz on my Chrome Gas Cap. for me better than Mothers.

Z71_Denali
check to make sure they're not chrome clad wheels. GM is doing that on a lot of chrome wheels for vehicles. my wife's SRX has chrome clad wheels. if you don't know what that means, its means the face of the wheel is plastic that's been painted chrome and cleared, and that plastic is bonded to the actual wheel. feel the back corners of the spokes and where the lip meets the rear hoop of the wheel. sometimes you can feel/see that bonding material. Chewy
Dodge Ram trucks have this type wheel too. Yep! Ford too! Our Enclave has true chrome wheels and I just use the Adams wheel brush on them with the power stick, and some GWC if really dirty, or car wash mixed with water in a spray bottle if just dusty. Chrome is pretty hard stuff. Unless clad... Also, NEVER touch a wheel with something and then use it on the paint. Chris
